laptop pre x170, ie 870TM and prior, anyone know if there are any custom made?
I recall alienware had those right angle ones.

None that I have ever seen.

You can get an after market right angle or slap an adapter to convert it to a right angle. Look on the brick for the tip/pin size and it's easy enough to find something that works. My laptop plugs is 5.5 x 2.5 and my brick is a right angle on the back of the laptop but, I also wanted to find a solution to use a USB-C PD and picked up a cable that supplies enough power to do day to day functions but, since USB-PD is limited to 100W it won't go full speed w/ eGPU in use for games.

Not for the 4 pin connector.

If you look hard enough and deep enough you can find just about anything you're looking for. This set has a 4-pin but, if we're talking 4-pin like plugging in a microphone to a PA system it might take some more effort to find the right tip.

Clevo uses a specific 4 pin connector.

It's not that special. Just figure out what the pins are being used for + / - / other functions and match it to an adapter... if the adapter tip is pass through pin
in then it's moot issue matching outputs.
Name of the game here is matching input/output and not melting it in the process. Not all adapters are created equally but, there's a pretty good chance you can find something that fits if you spend some time on it, -

Not in slot in style for this kind, too niche.

i see so gotta go mod it well damn

That's likely the only option and even finding the connector itself is tricky.

Might be easier to cut the cable and do it at that end but would likely lack a bit of strength.
