    Hi,

I noticed that color calibration profiles on the Sager driver download site are only for Nvidia based GPUs. Does this mean that my awesome AUO B156HW01 V.7 95% Glossy can't be calibrated with the 6990m ? Not that it looks bad.. but I would like to know if it can look better :)

Of course it can be calibrated. You need a hardware tool like spyder 3 or eye1.

Thank you. But I meant to ask whether or not pre-defined calibration configs are available for the ATI cards ? Before I decide to invest in a hardware solution, I want to try out other calibration settings that others have tried to see if any of them produce better results that my factory settings.

You can mess with the CCC color settings like saturation, gamma, etc. Using a profile file created on a different system (even if using the same screen model) may not work well so it's always better to do it yourself for your screen using your eyes :)

Color profiles are not GPU dependant, they are more like a software setting and can be used with any brand GPU.
You should have no problem downloading those and assigning them.
