If you downclock back to stock, does the problem persist??
Did you have anything running the background and you Alt Tab between the windows? I think I had it happened once to my current rig when I have youtube running in a window, and playing battlefield 3 at the same time. Got that BSOD when I alt tab between the windows. It will help narrow down the possible cause of problem if you can duplicate the issue again.

Chances are, it is a driver issue. I also had this problem with my Alienware M15X, ATI5850. With the Alienware rig, I get this BSOD by having only 2 youtube windows running simultaneously.

This is what I will do if I'm you. First of all, reset the clock speed back to stock. That will eliminate the possibility of overclocking causing the problem. If this solves the problem, that will be awesome.

If problem persists, reinstall your video driver. Let the clock speed remain stock. Uninstall your video driver. I think the computer will ask you to reboot in order to complete the uninstall process. Once your computer reboot. use driver cleaner and remove all residue ATI video driver files. Some people will recommend to run driver cleaner in safe mode. Personally, I didn't do that. So, I leave this option to you. Then install the latest driver from your manufacturer.
Then you cross your fingers and hope the BSOD goes away. Good luck to you.
