has anyone any experience of cyberpowersystems from Gateshead in north east england Custom Build Gaming PC, Desktop PC, Custom Computers, Gaming Laptops i just found this company by accident but noticed they do custom builds with clevo, msi etc and best of all the store is pretty close to where i live. What are the likelihoods of the laptop system developing a fault to get repaired.........

    8. Warranty Claims.

8.1 The purchased product is covered under warranty by the "seller" for 3 years commencing on the date the "buyer" received the PC. This warranty is limited to 1 year parts, and 3 years repair/labour.
8.2 All hardware parts which are in a built system from the "seller" are covered for 1 year only commencing the date the "buyer" received the PC.
8.3 Notebook computers purchased from the "seller" are covered for 1 year, commencing the date the "buyer" received the Notebook.

Looks like a parts warranty period of 1 year.
When actually ordering it currently reads like this (e.g. at P150EM):

And there is more to read on here:

    Code:
    http://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/spec/getspec.aspx?n=WARRANTY&v=STANDARD%20WARRANTY%3A%203%20Year%20Labour%2C%201%20Year%20Parts%2C%201%20Month%20Collect%20and%20Return%20plus%20Life-Time%20Technical%20Support
Anyway, I'd ask the reseller (mainly for 2 year parts).

    Awwwwww... :(
I saw Cyberpower and I thought this was a topic about CyberpowerPC, but it turns out it's just another company with a similar name... Too bad, I was about to ridicule them with manufacturer responses they left on newegg that were fit only for Failblog...
