Does the d901c officially support 1333mhz fsb now?

I was reading older posts and people were saying it only had a 1066mhz fsb and if you put in a e6850 with a fsb support of 1333mhz your d901c will downclock it to 2.4ghz because of multiplier problems to do with the 1066mhz fsb.

and another question. I know there is 800mhz ram advertised for the 901c.

but since we have a 1066mhz fsb or to my previous question a 1333mhz fsb

could we intheory use 1066mhz or 1333mhz ram?

it does exist in regular, but sodimms?

if they come out with it could we use it?

    thanks

ok, paladin answered the first part of my question.

yes it does officially support 1333mhz fsb.

but can we use ram that compliments out FSB?

No, the fastest RAM will be 800MHz.

    currently yes.

but when faster ram becomes available in sodimm form... i mean.

Since the fsb determines the kind of ram.

1066mhz should be able to take up to 1066 and so on.

i guess we will have to find out. because there is only 800mhz ram available.

Why do you need faster ram? it`s nto a huge difference to 1066 from 800 MHz.But of course with newer chipsets coming out, it is not fully unlikely to see DDR3 chipsets in notebooks...

The fastest RAM supported by the P965 chipset is DDRII-800.
