    even on medium setting this game is stuttering, im sure i should be abe to run this effortlessly on high or ultra setting as i can run gta4 almost maxed out

    I have a similar configuration, but with the 9650, and can run COH on all ultra settings.

    arrrrrrgh lol iv updated the card drivers, is there any other driversor settings i need to check???

    is the 9650 the sager version of my computer??

    No, it is the next fastest processor to your 9550. It should not have any real impact on your issue though.
    Is SLI enabled?

    yeah the temps dont go higher than 60's and im just using the latest n vidia drivers
