i configured a np2090 and ifl90 from xotic and powernotebooks with 3 year warranties,
and it seems like its about $100 more expensive than the configuration i did last week. but i did the exact same configuration.

am i just going crazy or did they get more expensive?
i was gonna order today or tomorrow =\

If you are going to get the 3 year warranty you might want to consider the PowerPro J 10:15 (Compal IFL90 just like the Sager NP2090) because it comes standard with a 3 year warranty with Next Business Day shipping paid both ways (instead of 3 day shipping provided by the Sager warranty) and Lifetime 24/7 DOMESTIC Telephone Support.

It is a little more expensive than the Sager NP2090 but if you are on the East side of the US the difference in the shipping method for warranty returns may be worth it...you also may find that one Support call at 10 PM when you really need it will be worth it as well.

One thing I do to avoid this kind of double take when I look at prices is to save the information so that I can refer to it later. My method is to print-to-file which works pretty nicely on Linux. If you use Windows perhaps another method would be more appropriate.
