    disappointed on PCMW

    Ok, I just got my EDGE laptop from PCMW just now. I ordered it Dec. 2, 2008, it was really a long time since I had it. At the time I ordered they still have the 9800M GT video card and so I chose that card for my laptop. Surprisingly, when it arrived, it had the GTS installed, I was in rage!

    What do you guys suggest me to do? BTW, I'm still from the Philippines so it would be hard to return the lappy. Do you guys think I should demand for a GT video card from PCMW and install it myself? Is it simple to install the video card?

    Or do I just ask for a refund? What is the price difference between the GT and GTS version of the 9800?

    yes just want to send you the card and when you get it only then return the GTS that they give you by "mystake"

    i too once been their customer but not anymore just like you they disappoint me twice

    ahh. how do you install a video card btw? is it as easy as installing rams?

    yes i have installed 3 new cards and i remove my cards and heatsink every 2 or 3 month for cleaning

    do you need to remove many screws? and do you need to open the whole laptop? or just a single cover for the video card?
