    1. what's the driver that gophn recommeded to help keep the HDD cooler. I know it's from intel, but i forgot

    2. where can i download the latest bios from clevo / sager for the sager in my sig?

    Make sure you have flashed the latest KBC/EC BEFORE the latest BIOS, hence if the KBC isn't up to date, use the combo System BIOS 1.02.15 and EC 1.00.12 before flashing the 1.02.16
