    Do you need a converter plug or something to hook up an extra monitor? The monitor I got for free won't fit in any of the plugs.

    Yeah you probably got a VGA monitor. Just get a DVI to VGA adapter. The recent sager have only DVI outputs (mostly for LCD screens).

    dimmu, your notebook should have come with the VGA-DVI adapter.

    Mine came with it. And I have it in my backpack right now.
