Hello friends, I have a problem: I tried to use my Thermaltake BlacX Duet (ST0014U) on my Sager NP9370 via eSATA port, but the PC only recognizes the HDD 1 of the Dock, why?

If I use via USB 2.0, the PC recognizes both HDDs...

    Please help!

Try updating your USB 3.0 driver and chipset driver if you haven't already.

    =\

Does this occur on other USB 3.0 ports as well?

It may not have Multiplex on the eSATA port. I dont remember seeing if it does or not but that would explain why its only seeing one.

Good point. I'm pretty sure eSATA on the Clevos does not support muxing..
