I'm having a problem with the eSATA port of my NP8660. I downloaded the drivers and software associated with my external hdd, but if i start up my computer with the drive connected, windows will not start. In addition, windows does not recognize the drive if i plug it in after vista has started up. Any ideas of how i could fix this problem?

The manual states something about AHCI and that you have to have it enabled in the BIOS before and after you install Vista for esata to work. I think.
