    external monitor issue with np2090

    why doesnt the np2090 display anything on an external monitor untill an operating system has loaded?
    with windows it functions when the mouse cursor shows and with ubuntu it shows on the login screen.

    Most likely there's no support for an external monitor in BIOS.

    lame! is this commonplace in notebooks? is this a feature i could possibly expect in a bios update?
