    I have a clevo p377sm-a. with an i7 4940mx + gtx msi 1070.
    but the gpu2 fan doesn't work, is there any way to make it work without a gpu2?

    Not without playing with the firmware I think or making some sort of wire mod from the first slot.

    if you put the fan wire on gpu 2, will the two fans not work at maximum?

    If you power them off one connector supply you'll burn the fan circuit.
