    Hello,

My laptop(P170EM) crashed recently, I've reinstalled everything and I am trying to get authentec suit to work. I've spent the last hour trying to enroll my finger. It scans it up to the last maybe 80% and just stops then asks me if I am having trouble. I had this working perfectly on before it crashed and now its not working. Any suggestions?

just replied to another post about this.

might just be a fluke but lick your finger and try again.
i had exactly the same problem where it could take upto 15 strokes to register a finger. finger got so sore that i licked it and then swiped again and it worked straight away.
