    I would save it with a mic, but it is so low, I don't think it would catch anything...

    I'll join you there - Kobalt's service was astoundingly good for me; you're definitely not just an order number with these guys. Real 'can do' attitude and they'll do whatever it takes to make sure you're totally happy.

    Recommend them without the slightest reservation (they bent over backwards to make my delivery time) and will use them for my next upgrade too, if they keep this up. Contrasted sharply with the 'cut and paste' / slightly disinterested -approach I got from the supposedly 'customer focused' US resellers. Keep up the good work Andrew and Neil!
