    Anybody know what this does? i hit it by accident and it made my audio sound kind of muted. not sure what it technically does.

    But it only applies to the 5793's internal speakers... which I barely use.

    I'd say more 3 dimensional but much more muffled. I don't dig it.
    The best thing about SRS wow is the cool sticker on my pc. :D

    Actually,the onboard speakers paired with the WOW effect become audible. Before that,it`s a tin can sound coming from inside the laptop...

    I disagree...I think as far as laptop spekers go, these are really good...and the WOW effect just makes it sound like youre shoving a blanket over em

    But in my opinion the SRS WOW effect highlights to much the high range sounds and wrecks all the tiny bass that this things can do...

    Yap, it´s more a 3.0 system than a 2.1 one :D

    A 2W subwoofer... they must be jocking... thats my desktop´s beep sound speaker... hooooo now I need to make a mod to change it to a subwooooofer, NICE!
