    It only lacks a soul.
And maybe a little improvement on the processor (just to be at the same level of the other components, but it's a good processor and better processors tend to cost too much for the improvement they give but if you have more money and love the benchmarks... Don't doubt).
Also, what type of paste did you ordered?
And a doubt of mine: Is it better this wireless card or maybe one Killer?

Ill put some soul in it ;)

Yea the processor upgrade was to expensive imo,

Paste will be freeze ( atleast thats what they call it ) but its ic-daimond ( on the gpu en cpu )

Intel Ultimate WiFi Link 6300 ( 450Mbps ) not the killer one

The advantage the likes of the 3740qm and above are their partial unlock which gives you +400mhz over their stock so instead of being 3.2ghz vs 3.5ghz it's 3.2ghz vs 3.9ghz (4 core turbo).

Why Windows on mSata? Isn't the Clevo mSata port Sata 2?

I agree with spandexninja, ditch the mSATA and put everything on the SSD since it will be SATA III and you'll get faster boot times.

Doubt it. I have no issues with loading games and I'm using a 7200 HDD for my games. As for boot times, my Windows boots in 1-15 seconds or so and I have fast boot turned off (hibernation disabled). But if I had 2 HDD bays, I also would buy a 2.5" SSD also instead of an mSATA.
