    ahhh, anyone else waiting for them to come out on the 2090s?
    when u guys think their going to come out?

    and is upping the warranty for the 3 year really worth it?
    (especially if your extra careful =) and sager2090 is known for their durable build quality yea? is their build made out of magnesium alloy?

    and just a small side question...is their any way of switching the functions of the ctrl and fn key on the left side of the keyboard?

    upping the warranty to 3 years is cheaper then getting 1 or 2 years and then having to pay for it every year to keep the warranty going on I think.

    compal and sager have high-quality products but they aren't invincible, like everything else in the universe.

    Warranty is always worth it on laptops, they experience far more problems than desktops do.

    I really haven't seen any good objective comparisons on laptop durability. Magnesium chassis is great and all, but can someone honestly prove that it will take more abuse?

    justin from xotic said their will be high res glossy in 4 weeks +

    if they happen to come in 4 weeks, and i order immediately, do u think ill get my 2090 before august 29?

    i feel like im the only one waiting for glossy haha =\
    maybe i should just suck it up and get the less vibrant matte (glare/reflections dont boter me at all)

    Someone on the xoticpc forums asked if they ordered in the next week or so would they get their laptop before August 17th, Justin said there would be no problem with that target date haha.

    Personally I'm a matte person. I don't think you can go wrong with the WSXGA+ matte screen - it is the same screen that was on the HEL80 so I hear, and if that is true, then you're in for a real treat. It was one of the best matte screens I have ever seen. See my impressions in this review:

    Lol when I first ordred, Justin told me that it wouldnt be a problem to get me my laptop by mid July ha ha. You never know with pre-orders. :p
