@trvelbug I would suggest replacing your GPU with same model unless your looking into upgrading. It is the easiest option!
Price wise I don't think they cost alot now however finding it might be an issue as it is a relatively old GPU.

I think the lowest card you can put in there is the 460M.

This is the cheapest option that will work yes, just some slight thermal pad arrangement needed.

Well I myself just got a 7970m for only $120 AUD shipped fully working with a heatsink too off eBay. As I didnt feel like pulling one of the 680s from my p370

It works perfectly fine in the p150HM, so maybe have a look around for second hand ones? I know there are some pretty good deals on the 6XX series from nVidia.

The only issue with the 7970M is getting the right revision (1.2) and vbios on there.

Aha true. Either way there are plenty of good cheap alternatives. Rather unfortunate that p150hm cant use integrated, then again, in some situations its a good thing.

I think with the 7970M most people considered that a good thing ;)

Mostly going to be moving where the thermal pads are to some extent. It is very easy.

Yes you just line them up to the new parts, it does not need to be super perfect, just don't overlap anything and be delicate with them.
