    why can't i see the temperature of my hdd in hwmonitor?

    i've attached a picture for reference. i remember that i can see the hdd temp before.

    Try hdtune and see if the drive supports or has SMART disabled

    If its an SSD it wont have temp readings, though some programs read a stuck temperature instead.

    I already tried HDTune, it has SMART enabled.

    I don't know if this is due to the laptop having the latest BIOS (.16 for Clevo W860CU).
