What size? And what speed, and is it when writing lots of data all at once.

The 600p slows to an absolute crawl if the SLC cache is filled with data since writing to the TLC is sloooooooow, like budget 5400rpm HDD slow

Are you using the Windows 10 native driver, or Intel's RST? And what are the temps on the drive when benching?

I'm quite sure the N150SD only has a M.2 slot that runs PCIe 2.0 x4. And also no native support in the BIOS for NVMe SSDs.

The results look within error margins.
