Assuming this is on the NP9150? What games/programs are you running?

OP, have you got the power cord connected and battery profile set to high performance? Maybe also try and set 3dmark11 on high performance on AMD Catalyst.

basically this. there was an alienware who was scoring around your range because it was doing the benchmark while the 7970M was running on idle clocks (150/300 i think).

the funniest part is that the score on idle clocks is almost the score the 560M scores.

Install MSI Afterburner and check to make sure you're running on 850/1000 MHz.

I am starting to believe it might be a driver issue that is always preferencing the iGPU, switching manually is disabled by Clevo so this woud be my conclusion.

try unplugging and running off battery, and then mess with the power settings.

I haven't seen much info on Enduro. Is it really that hard to mess with? Isn't there some kind of GUI where you can choose what apps to run on integrated or dedicated?

Check the drivers or maybe re-install them.. it seems to work for other people who have had similar troubles as you.

What I advise you to do is uninstalling both Intel HD4000 and HD7970M properly:
    - first from the device manager
    - then remove Catalyst drivers, CCC etc and possibly a combo of Driver Wweeper/CCleaner (in safe mode) to make things tidy
    - Install then consecutively Intel VGA Drivers and HD7970M drivers in this order without rebooting. Then restart.
    - Make sure you're set in High Performances and try a 3dmark11 (during the first test, you will be able to see straight if you're running the full GPU power or not as you should get about 30fps (if I remember well)

Also, I think there's an option in the CCC that you need to set to High Performances too.

    Hope this helps.

I've actually got a question about the driver installation. I read that in the manual that for the AMD you don't need to install the VGA driver that "the AMD and Intel video drivers will be installed together. Therefore, if your system supports AMD video, you only require the single driver installation procedure".

Can someone who has a 7970 already working (like you awaken) comment on their driver installation procedure.
