    how tough is the LCD lid of the D900f ???

    when i place my d900f into my laptop bag

    when I walk my hips were applying pressure to the LCD lid ...

    then i noticed that the LCD lid has a slight dent

    I quickly turn the laptop the other way around

    which is why i would like to ask ... how tough is the d900f LCD lid ???

    The lid is composed of three main elements, the two plastic halves and the screen. The screen has metal brackets which run the perimeter of the screen.
    You shouldnt put a lot of pressure, but a little is okay.
    You may want to buy a good piece of soft leather. Put it between the LCD and the keyboard, when folding the laptop, that will keep the pressure off the LCD a bit.

    The plastics of the lid arent that thick, maybe 1.5mm thick
