    i heard that sager is build like alienware or they are like the same laptop if this is true i have heard a lot of negitive things about alienware so does that means ager would have the same problems? and if i do decide to get a sager laptop i live in canda i would have to ship the latpo from the US who should i get it from?

    Sager and Alienware do not use the same ODM with the exception of the big dual-core or Pentium 4 17" one.

    Not sure what your budget is . . getting a Sager in Ca will be difficult. Eurocom has Clevo notebooks (Sager and Eurocom both rebrand Clevo notebooks - same thing), but they're expensive.

    As per Chaz, it depends on what you are buying: the Alienware Aurora 7700 is the same as the Sager 9750, both are ODM Clevo D900K.

    Since you live in Canada, i would suggest you stick with a Canadian company like Eurocom. Sure they are a bit more expensive but the deal is that when you have any issues, its local to your country.

    Buying from the US means you have to pay the shipping cost to and probably from the US reseller or OEM and then you probably have to deal with the customs/taxes and I have been on enough forums to hear the sad stories associated with this.
