What are good temps for running my chip. I have never paid attention before but now that I bought and installed it, I am running real temp during a 3dsmax rendering. Seems way hotter then some peoples. It may have to do with the rendering because it does use all 8 during hyper-threading. Any thoughts? Attached is a screenshot with temps.

Those are fine for load temps.

Keep in mind that the GPU is also cooled by the CPU fan which slightly reduces CPU cooling, that's probably why your temps are a bit higher but they are still fine.

As long as your CPU is stable, there's no need to worry too much about the core temperature. The throttling point isn't until 100C and Intel sets the thermal shutdown at 125C so there is plenty of headroom built into these. -
