    Hi guys,

I recently ran a 3d mark 11 test on my laptop and I realised that my physics score was very low (while my graphics score seems to be doing fine).

AMD Radeon HD 7970M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor,EUROCOM Racer 2.0 score: P5997 3DMarks

I fired up CPU-Z and my CPU seems to be running at 2Ghz (multiplier x20) instead of 2.3Ghz (x23) when idle. Also, the speed does not increase beyond 2Ghz when under load (when it's supposed to go up to 3.1~3.3 Ghz). This is under high performance power settings.

On the other hand, under power saving settings, the CPU speed will go down to all the way to 1.2Ghz (x12).

This is definitely not normal as the same processor should be scoring ~7400 in physics scores.

Any idea what could be causing this?
