Does anyone know why I can't install the intel storage drivers on my laptop? it's got a pm-965 chipset but says they can't be installed. Do they not support mobile chipsets? My last laptop had an intel chipset and the storage drivers installed fine.

Have you got the right OS selected inthe BIOS?

To install intel MSM, you need to have the installed OS set to Vista in the BIOS in order to enable AHCI. However, in order to change this setting while an OS is installed, you need to google enable AHCI Windows (whatever version you are using).
