    can my clevo p170em" 7970m+i7" play 3d movies file on a 3d tv via the hdmi cable?? and if so using what program?

    You should be able to do so using 3rd party drivers, such as iz3d or Tridef. I was capable of outputing 3D videos to my 3D projector using the above. However, it can be quite tricky! I have a similar setup as yours (only mine is a p150em). I advise you to try the Tridef trial, and 3dtv.at (stereo player) and mess around with some of the settings.

    Also, just make sure that the HDMI cable is a 3D capable one. They're usually advertised pretty clearly on the packaging.
