    I opened up GPU-Z and it only says that I have 19gb of bandwidth, when I should have 50+gb of bandwidth right?

    It does that in 2d mode.You`ll see the results in real life performance, so get to it! :D

    i know that. but my other vid card didn't do that.

    i'm also having problems reading the bios and finding good drivers.

    Video drivers you mean?
    Try 169.44 or 169.25 , apparently best ones for 7/8th series.

    Overclocking can be disabled on drivers that don't allow it.
