RJtech is the best place to purchase the Clevo barebones.

They are legendary and fully reputable.

I had a problem ordering for RJTech. I put in an order for a WSXGA+ IFL90, and entered it. The form was not fully completed because I was ordering a set of bones, so it asked me fill in the rest of the form. Ignoring that I entered the order anyway. When it arrived at my house, I was furious to find that I had received a WXGA unit instead of the WSXGA+ one I had ordered. I contacted them and returned it for a WSXGA+ model, but they hid behind their 15% restocking fee on all orders, even if DOA. After I had waited a full week after sending it back, I emailed them asking if they got it. I got a response saying they did in fact get it a few days earlier, they told me it would ship out Monday. I emailed them again a week later, and they told me they forgot to notify me of a delay in the WSXGA+ models, and that I would have to wait another eight weeks to receive one. At this point I asked for a refund, and I received 85% of my money back four days later.

In all, I was very disappointed in dealing with RJTech. I had heard of their good reputation, but they failed to provide any good level of customer support with my problem. I felt like I was dealing with an auto insurance company. If I would have known that they would have taken my $230 for nothing, I really would have wiped my ass with it.

I do plan on ordering barebones in the future, but without a lot of options, it will probably be from RJTech again. My plan for that is to order over the phone.

i spoke with them on the phone and to be honest ive had better experiences they did answer my questions but in a manner of more or less a "dont bother me" attitude imo. i dont think ill be ordering from them... many other resellers ive spoke with that took much more time and had no issues with being on the phone with me

thats unfortunate. they must really be busy.

their prices and price-matching is great... but their technical support is not as good as Sager [and their resellers].

But their service and sales is excellent.

FYI: they get their Clevo barbones from Sager. ;)
