    hi im just curious if its possible to improve my sound on my new 8150. i read somewhere uninstalling thx drivers improves sound

    Yes you have to install and then activate the THX drivers... The drivers essentially pump up the volume from what I've noticed but make a noticeable improvement over stock.

    This is not common. I've only seen one account where that was the case. Most would agree that installing THX, activating it, and then tweaking the settings gives the best sound.
