This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi, i psoted here about liquid damage a few days ago. got the machine dried out but only half the keys on the keyboard work now :( ... can this be fixed?

    I'd first try removing the keyboard from the notebook and drying off the keyboard connection cable. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you may need a new keyboard.

    yes, i did do that. can the keyboard be replaced? i mean other than using a usb keyboard?

    The keyboard can be replaced. Feel free to contact Sager directly or the Xotic PC sales department and we can provide you with pricing. Your other option would be to use a USB keyboard.
