Email Sager / Your reseller and they will email it to you.

Or download it here, at your own risk.

Yep, unfortunately, sometimes it just happens for no discernible reason

And if it happens, how can you "fix" it?

I can't update the flash in windows, it says it needs a 64-bit compatibility version. Did anyone had this problem?

nIMrOD888 what bios version did you use and what version did you have before that
because i see that the .09 bios and .08 EC firmware are for new Motherboard revision

    1. BIOS 1.00.09, EC 1.00.08.
2.Support new M/B for Quad core processor.
    3. Solve “system can’t identify BT device correctly when the BT cable exists” issue.
    4. Solve “sometimes system pauses at POST screen, and need to press any key to continue” issue.
    5. When system working temperature reaches fan on point but the system can’t receive normal fan speed information, it will alarm for one minute then shut down.
    6. Run step1.bat and step2.bat to update.

i think that the newer version is for the new mobo as well .10 bios .09 EC

I'm not sure. I asked Sager, but they never responded. Dang foreign tech support...

I cannot notice any obvious difference, but its not common one can from a BIOS update.
