    Hi All,

Is this normal? my understanding is they should both be running at the same rpms. Can anyone verify the speeds of the left and right fans?

    regards,
    DT

Don't worry, the left fan is the CPU fan and quite a bit smaller in size than the right fan so it's going to move less air. Their running RPMs depend on the respective temperatures of the CPU and GPU so they may or may not be running at the same RPMs at any one instance.

XoticPC mentions the fans in their video review of the P150EM about 28 minutes in, just skip to that point.

As mentioned the fans are different sizes and also work off different sensors. The fan speeds will vary depending on the load you're putting on that part (CPU/GPU). Do you have any temp monitor programs installed, that will get you your best answer. Download HWMonitor if temps are abnormally high then you could indeed have fan issues.

hahaha gotta eat healthy and more exercise.

on a more serious note, i'm using an asus g73 atm and my left vents (cpu) always blow a lot weaker than the right one (gpu) this is especially true when i game that is graphic intensive. and this is already happened right after i bought the computer 2 years ago. and its as expected and completely normal.
    never worried about it.

seriously, stop worrying about the fans, you got a fine machine there, plus xotic rep and others already mentioned that both fan have different size and different controller. so having them behaving differently is normal. almost good actually, means your machine is smart and energy efficient.
just think of it like having a car with dual climate control.
