So I hooked up my cable (which is provided by Shaw and is NOT a digital connection) into the jack and it detected it in Windows Media Center perfectly fine. It downloaded the TV guides and the program information perfectly as well, as long as all my channels I receive.

The problem is I don't get any picture or sound. Every channel is just a green (occasionally flashing blue) screen, and there's no sound at all, except seemingly random (and odd) noise that bursts every 5-10 seconds for a fraction of a second.

Can anyone help me? Specs I believe are in my sig.

Okay, so what managed to cure the green screen and (next-to-no) sound problem was a simple restart. I now get picture and sound.

However, now there's a new problem. Both audio and picture is seriously stuttering. It's still not watchable. This time I'm not sure how to solve it.

Fixed - reinstalled the MCU Encoder drivers.
