    ive heard mix things on this and how much ram can be recognized

    my specs are in sig im running vista 64bit with core 2 duo processor (t7200)

    how much total ram will be recognized by the system im told it can go up to 4gb

    and if so is it recommended to upgrade ram myself?

    and if so again... wut would best deal for 2x2gb sticks of 667 ram

    yes it will hold 4gb (3-3.4gb in a 32bit windows, 4gb in 64bit)

    updating yourself is unbelievably easy
    ebay and recent sites are selling 4gb 667mhz for about $260 or less - just a few months ago, it was over 1k

    physically, the Clevo M570U can have 4 gigs (2x 2GB)....

    however, due to the limitations of the mobile Intel 945 chipset, the system will never see past 3GB-ish.... regardless of which OS you choose.
