So I have a q9200 and would like to run the multiplier at 10x or 11x rather than the default 9x.

Is there any way to make this happen? I'm not looking to raise the FSB: I know how to do that but would rather change the multi. How are default multipliers controlled, through the bios cpuid table?

I was looking for a way to pin mod it to fool the CPU into using a 10x multiplier but I just can't seem to find any info online. Any ideas?

He said he doesn't want to raise the FSB.

Okay, then the answer to OP's question is, "No."

I believe EVGA E-leet only works with Nehalam CPU's.

I've already tried it with my M860ETU with no success.

There has been success .. Ask moral hazard about darth vader or something like that writing a piece of data and checking if something is 1 or 0 and being able to write to it... Its something like that
