Hi i installed HD tune to test my hard disk speed, and it kept mentioning that my hard disk temperate was critical at 57 degrees C. i'm curious as to what kind of hard disk temperatures other users are getting and what temperatures are safe? thanks

i forgot to mention this yesterday. 57c is the default for HD Tune and you need to re set it to 60c = warn and 65c = danger turn off

Without cooler I get about 53 Idle and 57 on load.

(I put some holes in the cover of the back where the hard drive is located to allow heat to exit, of course I took off the cover before I did the procedure :) )
