I've got windows 7 professional on my clevo M860ETU

I'm not sure if I have the microphone set up correctly, I notice there are 2 audio devices when I try to manage audio devices. Also when I speak into it, seem to see any indication that it is picking up audio. Sound recorder is not picking anything up either. Which of these should I be using?...

i have the same options. But i remember from when i was running my 860 on Vista i had a RealTek microphone option. Now i don't but i can't find the software for it if that is the problem. I have tried both current options also inside windows recorder and a couple other programs and the microphone doens't work at all
