i bought a 5791 from justin as im sure most know now. i only really have one issue that was bugging the crap out of me on this system. the esc key would stick down. after being pressed it would not pop back up all the way for a short time. it would pop up if i was typing on other parts of the keyboard and i am pretty sure it was getting stuck on the "membrane" that is ubder the keys but i cant be 100% sure of that. anyway.... i called sager and talked with their tech guys.. i said i really did not want to send in the whole system for just the one esc key and keyboard, he went into detail and explained how to remove the keyboard and they are sending me out a replacement keyboard. AWESOME. i was very suprised it was going to be that easy to deal with them. basically no questions asked after i explained the problem. i dont use the esc key that often but id rather get it fixed now than worry about it later, so overall i have to say big thumbs up for sager. i should see it in 5 days they said and then i can send back the original one. i just have to pick up the shipping to send back the old one but thats not to bad imo.

so my first experience with sager directly has been a really good one. figured id share with you guys. so dont be afraid to call them it def seemed like they were there to listen and to help me out. and this is being handled by sager directly justin told me to call them to see what thye can do for me so i did. they are also sending me a sager badge!! awesome

if you want to replace the keyboard, its extremely easy to do.

just contact XoticPC and ask them to cross-ship you a new keyboard, and you send your keyboard to them.

Yep parts come from Sager, the labor (if needed) would come from Xotic.
I also had a very positive experience with these folks. One of my vista disks were bad and I placed a call to Xotic, who pointed me to Sager, and Sager had a new disk out within a week, no questions or paperwork needed. Very pleased with this relationship.
