    Hi guys,

Im having alot of trouble to format this pc, or even starting from a media bootable usb, without getting kernel errors.

On clevo site they ask for administration rights to dowload the correct bios for this model,

Can someone please facultate it so I could give my last shot on this? Have this notebook for like 8 months, always worked so well untill i get some bsod after a win10 update a month ago, then when I tryied to install linux on it just to see if the problems were from hardware or drivers errors, something broke the kernel, now I can only reach the bios, cant install win 10, and on linux its always giving kernel errors. already try diferent ram and ssd...

    Thanks

By the way, I bought it second hand, to this guy, wich told me that he wrote reviews of this products on the web forums, Im from Lisbon and bought it maybe in May, I lost his contact, would be great if he was on this forum, I never really asked if the notebook would come with warranty, which was a big fail, and it was pretty much brand new.
