Ya, its the new nTune. nTune has been phased out. nVidia System Tools has far more options in it.

Well, I couldn't OC in either nTune or nVidia System tools. Well, nVidia System Tools will let me OC the shaders, but that is all. Everything else has to use vBIOS flashing. It will also allow you to downclock.

Rivatuner also will not overclock. These mobile cards cannot be overclocked via software methods. A hard clock, of BIOS flash, is all that can be used.

There are guides all over these forums. I'm too busy to look right now, but I'll keep my eyes out for a good one

I can OC in XP and Vista using Nvidia System Tools. :)

I am using stock Clevo drivers. :)

Really? Maybe its a card based issue. My 8800M GTX and 9800M GTX both won't allow for a software OC.
