    Hello,
    please help. I need help.
I bought a Sky X7C laptop. I have a problem with nvme HP EX900 1TB. When I wanted to install windows nowhere I see the disk. I've done the installation on Kingston SSD. But I don't see my nVme anywhere in the system.
    I have Windows 10 Pro

    Thank you for your response

if you go to diskmanagement (right click on the windows icon at bottom left) does it show up there ?

if not maybe you need to enable it in the bios, sometimes theres a tricky menu and you have to enable one thing to bring up another after a reboot. Someone here should know exactly what I'm talking about.
Ask support from where you purchased the laptop to get full instructions, thats what its there for after all :p

cheers friend. Also, welcome to NBR

I have a Clevo P775TM1-G laptop and there was no problem with NVME. If Windows 10 does not see any disk, BIOS options may be disabled. I noticed that you have a laptop from eurocom then contact him. I do not have another idea.

I bought a laptop from eurocom. But nVme HP EX900 1TB got from Amazon. Maybe is problem in EX900 1TB because the BIOS does not see the disk and windows do not.

Try in AHCI mode. I think by default SATA Controller uses RAID in BIOS.

it is probably just a setting in their bios. Contact [email protected] and ask for help.

Try reseating the drive and make sure it's secured like Meaker suggested. If it won't show up in "Offboard NVMe Controller Configuration" in the BIOS setup + not in Windows, it's probably a bad drive.

Yes, both M.2 slots support SATA-based drives.
