Get a 680M GTX - best choice overall.
    675M; 670M; 580M, GTX 560M, GTX 485M; GTX 480M; GTX 470M; GTX 460M, 5010M, 4000M and 3000M are all Fermi based chips and are really unrealiable.
Same (if not worse) goes with AMD Radeon HD6990M, HD6970M

K series Quadros ( K5000M, K4000M etc. are good) - cause also Kepler based (like 680M GTX), but usually quite expensive, so no sense getting these unless you really need Quadro card.

you can always provide GTX 460M/560M - this is cheapest option. We mean of course new card with 12 months warranty. Let us know.

They wont be able to discuss prices openly on the forum. I suggest emailing them if you have such questions.

Also: It should be a Clevo card, not a Dell card.

Can't confirm that but Dell cards have different firmware, so usually the cards are not interchangeable, i.e. you cannot put a Dell card in a Clevo nor a Clevo card in a Dell. It has been done, but is rare.

It can depend on the BIOS version, the thing is there are exceptions to the rules but they tend to be very specific, eg a 675MX may work but a 680M will not. So unless someone says they have one working themselves it can be hard to know for sure.
