    i need help guys.i could not add color on my webcam and the color enabled is greyed out.can anyone help me?

    Plase give more details about what you did. What OS are you using? Some stores ship the units with everything install, did the webcam work when it arrived to you?

    GTO bud. did you try and uninstall the bis drivers? and reinstall?

    im using windows 7.the webcam is working but no color. the color enable is greyed out.

    my brother,forgive my ignorance however i do not know what is a bis driver. where do i locate it and how to reinstall?

    he probably refers to bison drivers. unninstall the drivers and then install them again. use driver sweep in safe mode to clean the driver completely.

    Bus driver is just one of the many drivers you can find in the device manager.

    EDIT: NVM I thought it was bus driver lol

    I thought he said bus driver.. Yeah reinstalling the cam driver would be the first thing op should do.

    Go to device mangaer delete the device , restart in safe mode and use this program to clean all the files that were associated with the webcam dirver. Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Then restart reinstall the drivers for the webcam.
