Same that comes up for mine when it shuts down when I run my tests. Checking the ram now to see if it has any errors, then going to try running in safe mode and run my tests again and see if it happens. If not, then perhaps driver issue.

Kernel Power (Event ID 41) can sometimes be attributed to hibernate or sleep mode in Windows so if you have either of these on try turning them off and see if it makes a difference.

It can also be attributed to power issues with things like voltage regulation on the GPU so if you notice the laptop behaviour change when, for example, the clocks on the GPU increase/decrease during benchmarks or between levels in a game then you might be able to pin it down to a specific hardware component.

I curious to see what is causing shadman1's issue. Where as mine is only when I run tests. Which I happen to think is the power supply.

    According to this thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproperf/thread/9e71f600-7c62-4869-8236-964e93d17936

The issue might be resolved by reinstalling the Realtek Audio drivers. Since your issue is apparently also manifesting while using a web browser and multimedia in the form of YouTube, it could be worth a try.

EDIT: well the realtek driver seems to be the problem. I just rolled back the driver and so far so good. hasnt crashed like before when i was playing Just cause 2 or when im streaming videos. Thanks for the help!!! Hopefully this driver was the reason why it kept restarting.
