On laptopvideo2go, I updated my drivers to 179.51 Vista 64bit - 2009-02-09. However, now I am unable to change the brightness of my display either from using fn keys (all other fn keys work) or from the options in Windows 7 x64. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I install another driver or should I downgrade?

Some notebook have the display brightness linked to the OEM display driver , so if you use another display driver you loose the ability to change the brightness.

I dont know if your Clevo is like this.

Well I've went through a bunch of laptopvideo2go drivers already, and this is the first time it had happened.
