1. I ordered from prostar, they did include a wirless card driver on dvd, but my problem is i do not have a cd rom drive for this laptop (got the HDD bay instead), so my question is, where can i find the driver for this? I tried the both realtek wireless driver but it still doesnt work (i think the manufacturer is realtek). I ordered the Integrated 802.11 b/g/n + Bluetooth Combo
2. Attached are some pictures of the heat paste done by the reseller. Is this acceptable? Since i have only done repaste once on an older laptop, i am not sure if this is good or not. In MSI kombuster, the temperature goes up to 91 degrees Celsius before throttling. This is without overclocking. In battlefield 3, with everything set to max, with around 40~50 mhz overclocking for core and 100 mhz for memory, i get up to a bit over 80 degrees celcius
forgot to mention my specs are 3610qm and gtx 675m, also the paste i have that i can use is the arctic mx-2. the temperatures are taken after around 15 minutes of gaming/benchmarking

That sounds like the right drivers you should be using. Make sure to enable the wireless card anennta Fn +F11.
By looking at the pictures its obvious you took the heat sinks off but did not really say if you repasted or just put them back on there. Once you remove those you must repaste. If you didnt i would stop using the computer until you clean off the existing paste and put on new. Once the heatsink has been put on dont take it back off. If you did repaste ignore that
Are you getting 91C on the CPU or GPU. That would be a fine temp for kombuster for the GPU but too high for the CPU. -
oh the temperature is for GPU, the CPU temperature arent really that high, in the 50s. also i did do the fn+f11, no mater how many times i press,it just says the wireless card is off. bluetooth works though
p.s. how good is arctic mx-2? and should i cover the whole CPU (square silicon part) or maybe just 80% is ok? also after i took the heatsink off, i didnt repaste....

Heat and pressure will spread the TIM evenly without air bubbles. -
for some reason, my gtx 675m isnt showing up on hwinfo nor hwmonitor, why is that? It WAS showing up on hwinfo temperature monitor. also what driver are people using for 675m? i am using 295.93

Its probably not showing up because its not the active GPU at that time. Since you have Optimus it will turn the 675M on when needed like for gaming. If you start a game up then turn on hwinfo then it should list it.
Is the wireless card showing up in device manager? Try the Sager drivers, click on NP9150 on this page custom gaming laptops - Welcome to Sager Notebooks then get Integrated Realtek Wireless 802.11 B/G/N + Bluetooth Combo Driver for Windows 7 32/64 BIT -
i got the wireless working by getting some atheros driver. the GPU still isnt showing up even if i play games, though game runs properly
-
download nvidia inspector and gpu caps view which will both show your card and the temp. also core temps for cpu. all found in my sig below.
-
my problem is that it was showing up before, and now it isnt
-
i updated the graphcs driver, works fine now
