just curious i ordered my Np8662 awhile back but cant remember seeing a back lit keyboard option, is there a reason why they didn't make that option available or does it come standard with sager notebooks?
my studio XPS16 has this option and i really enjoy using it for typing and gaming especially since i get frequent power cuts and often they are at night.

i didnt think there was that's a bit of a shame maybe the only fault i can see with the unit....would defiantly be a helpful addition next unit upgrade though.

Come to think of it, it'd be awesome if the W860CU had a backlit keyboard, not any silly one, but something with all the flashy lights like the m15x.

Clevo seem to be slowly introducing more eye-catching designs. While it's keyboard isn't lit the new Clevo M980NU uses an array of lighted-components.

Good signs for those who love their gimmacks! ;)

Its alittle strange that it doesnt have one to be honest, its a real plus and even if it wasnt a gaming notebook is still a option i would expect on a expensive unit.......especially nice on a gaming machine.

im not even talking about the flashy bright lights....just a sensible backlit keyboard which actually serves a real purpose....i like that the NP8662 doesnt have loads of flashy lights......
